Asemic Cycle

By  Beate Conrad

Artist's statement:

It is that constant humming and buzzing, the verbal and non-verbal whispers of nature and everyday life, yet it goes mostly unnoticed.  But all these rather low background noises create atmospheric loops and spaces in time.  This is the artist's moment of the Asemic Cycle, where the audible merges with the non-representational of color, dot, plane, and line to stimulate the viewer's imagination.
