Word Pictures
By Jean LeBlanc
Artist's statement:
Poetry is my way of understanding the world. Photography, collage, asemic writing, and visual poetry reinforce for me the primacy of image. The interplay of literal and figurative meaning(s) is what I strive to get onto paper. This interplay is the key to the transformative power of literature and art.
