Found Art
(PART I)

By  Kati Mohr

Artist's statement:

Art does not hide, is not strange. It is HERE, in the everyday, small, familiar. With these photos, I set out on a little voyage to discover art at home, captured in the form of Polaroids. The world, as colourful as it may be, is easier to be noticed as the tapestry it is when photographed in b/w—and however differently it may present itself, we humans translate it into feeling. This is art. Finding connection by using our senses intently, and receiving something deeper, something old in return.
